Permitted Use
PDF Bender is intended for personal and professional document editing — such as correcting errors, updating information, or annotating documents you own or have rights to edit. You are solely responsible for how you use the app and for the documents you edit.
Prohibited Use
You may not use PDF Bender to create, alter, or distribute fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal documents. Misuse of the app to commit fraud or violate applicable laws is strictly prohibited and is the sole responsibility of the user. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user found in violation.
Subscriptions & Billing
PDF Bender offers a free tier with watermarked exports and a Pro subscription ($9.99/month or $79.99/year) for unlimited, watermark-free access. On Android, subscriptions are billed through Google Play Billing. On iOS, subscriptions are billed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. You can cancel at any time through your Google Play account settings (Android) or Apple ID subscription settings (iOS).
Refunds
On Android, refund requests are handled by Google Play and subject to Google Play's refund policy. On iOS, refund requests are handled by Apple and subject to Apple's refund policy. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund on Android, visit the Google Play Help Center. On iOS, visit Apple's Report a Problem page.
Intellectual Property
The PDF Bender app, including its interface and code, is owned by the developer. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app or any part of it.
Disclaimer of Warranties
PDF Bender is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that edited PDFs will render identically across all third-party PDF viewers, operating systems, or devices. Results may vary by viewer.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data or reliance on exported documents.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The updated version will always be available at this URL.
